- Rarity is a characteristic that lends value to anyone who has an interest in jewelry. The items featured on this site are one of a kind, handcrafted, works of art. Each individual piece is unique in its own way and there are no duplicates made of any final product. A lot of thought, consideration, and sincerity are placed when creating each item. A great deal of time is taken to find the desirable materials in creating the right design. Despite the passion for creativity, it is the sharing of that passion which brings joy, or in this case “joie.”
- Adding to an Existing Order or Combining Orders:
- Once you have placed your order, it is considered to be final. We do not add on to a completed order, please place another order if you forgot something.
- If you place more than one order, we may ship them together but they will still be considered separate orders for purposes of calculating shipping costs.
- Shipping and Handling Fees:
- We ship via United States Postal Service.
Orders for $40.00 or more have FREE Priority Mail shipping.
Orders under $40.00 pay $2.95 for Priority Mail shipping.
Overnight shipping is available for an additional $35.00 fee and will arrive by the end of the next business day when your order is placed before 1pm Pacific Time Monday through Friday. If your order is placed after 1pm Pacific Time Friday through Sunday, your order will be shipped the next business day. This does not include holidays or days that our office is closed.
Priority Mail orders arrive in 2-3 days after leaving our office.
We currently do not ship internationally.
- Return/Exchange Policy:
- Within 30 days of shipment of your order, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund your purchase price with the following exceptions:
– Items must be unaltered/unopened and must include a copy of your invoice.
- Be sure to include a note explaining the
problem so we can better serve you in the future.- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Contact us or include a note if you would like to exchange unaltered/unopened
items in your order.- We do not accept returns on sale items.
- If you paid by credit card or money order,
we will send you a check.- Please make sure your items are properly packaged for return. Broken packages/items
will not be accepted. - Website Typographical Errors:
- Bijoux De Joie has made every effort to offer the most current, correct and clearly expressed information possible. However, there may be information on this website that contains inaccuracies, typographic and other errors. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information, Bijoux De Joie shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.
Bijou De Joie shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Bijoux de Joie shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
